Van Diemen Raspberry Liqueur 750ml
This is a really unique Tasmanian liqueur made from cabernet sauvignon
juice and local raspberries steeped in vodka. The result is a rich,
flavoursome liqueur with primary fruit & magnificent length on the
palate.
Tasting notes: Cloudy, opaque dark red colour with a deep plum hue. Ripe
mixed berries and with some of pomegranate juice. Soft, subtle, mouth feel,
a sweetish mid palate with jammy flavours alongside some acids. 18%
Alc./Vol.
Wonderful on its own or drizzled over ice, or in a cocktail:

Ingredients
50ml Van Diemen liqueur
25ml Dark Rum
20ml raspberry vinegar
20ml fresh orange juice
2 heaped barspoons of plum jam
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Dash of egg white
Method
Add all ingredients to Boston glass, dry shake, (without ice), then add
ice and shake hard. Strain into chilled glass.
